2. What data do we process and why?
- Browsing and analytics data (pages visited, device, aggregate Google Analytics 4 data): only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure use of the site and improve it.
- Data you voluntarily provide when you email us (name and email): to answer your enquiry.
3. Legal basis
Processing of analytics data is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Handling your enquiries is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
4. Retention
We keep analytics data for the period configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months in identifiable form) and emails for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. The following providers may access it as processors or third parties: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), the website’s hosting provider, and affiliate platforms (Civitatis, GetYourGuide, Booking) if you click their links, under their own policies.
6. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA. In such cases the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@goana.es. If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
